Medium-term research plans coincide with important events in the life of the project (the quasi-operational start of ALADIN PECO in 1994 and, both the repatriation of ALADIN-LACE to Central Europe and the operational status of ALADIN-France for 1998). Intermediate working plans try to match the diagnosed research needs and the partners’ topics of interest and means. Since the 3^rd MoU (2005) and the new governance, workplans are be for 4 years, updated each year (transitional situation in 2006-2007) and a document explains the 10 yers ALADIN strategy (2008-2017).
