(General) Assembly of ALADIN Partners

The meetings of the ALADIN and HIRLAM Directors should have taken place in Toulouse, after the EUMETNET & ECOMET Councils. All these meetings have been transformed into video-conferences. The ALADIN Directors should have met on 25 of June 2020 in Barcelona for the 25th ALADIN General Assembly and on 26 of June with the HIRLAM Council for the 6th joint meeting of the ALADIN General Assembly and HIRLAM Council. General Assemblies of ALADIN Partners Since the 3rd MoU (November 2005), the governance of the ALADIN project is under the responsibility of the General Assembly. A first draft of the MoU for the single consortium was produced by the convergence Working Group as it was tasked during the latest joint ALADIN General Assembly/HIRLAM Council in Zagreb. This document has been scrutinized by the ALADIN PAC and the HIRLAM HAC during their joint meeting on 14 May 2019 in Norrköping. The NMS of Hungary hosted the 20th regular General Assembly in Budapest, on 9-10 February 2016. The 20th GA meeting, originally planned in Algiers on November 24-25 2015 had to be rescheduled due to international events. The 5th ALADIN MoU was signed during this GA. The OMSZ will host the 20th regular General Assembly in Budapest from Tuesday 9 February 2016 at 14:00 until Wednesday 10 February noon.
