Participations in the ALADIN/ALATNET projects : the rules of the game
Participants :
- A participant is any person who is/has been involved in ALADIN or ALATNET
(since the beginning of the project).
- A participant is defined by a family name, a
first name, a nationality.
- A participant is either on stay, either "at home" (in his/her
service), thus he is somewhere.
- A participant is generally payed for his work/his stay thanks to a
funding.
Stays accounting
- stays in Prague
- stays in Bruxelles, Budapest,
Ljubljana or Toulouse
- stays in Bratislava, Bucarest, Casablanca, Cracow,
Lisbonne, Sofia, Vienna, Zagreb
Reports for stays
- one report for each stay within 3 months after the end of the stay : at
least a few lines for the Newsletter with reference of a more complete report
in the ALADINtheque, if available
- if no report within 3 months, the stay will be removed from the statistics
- the report should be sent in ascii (pictures possible in .ps or .gif) and
indenfied with its reference (see stays for
Prague, stays for other ALATNET
centers, stays for non ALATNET centers) given in the
accounting of stays
Accounting of the effort of people "at home"
- home effort in Prague
- home effort in Bruxelles, Budapest,
Ljubljana or Toulouse
- home effort in Bratislava, Bucarest, Casablanca,
Cracow, Lisbonne, Sofia, Vienna, Zagreb
Reports in the ALATNET centers (Bruxelles, Budapest, Ljubljana, Prague or Toulouse)
- a report of the status of the (pre-)operational ALADIN versions in all
ALADIN countries : to be sent at the end of July and January.
- a quarterly sumary of the ALATNET work
- a quartely summary of the ALADIN non-ALATNET work
- all effort indicated in the "accounting of the effort of people at
home" (see home effort for Prague and
home effort for other ALATNET centers)
should appear in the relevant summary
Reports in Bratislava, Bucarest, Casablanca, Cracow, Lisbonne, Sofia,
Vienna, Zagreb
- a report of the status of the (pre-)operational ALADIN versions in all
ALADIN countries : to be sent at the end of July and January.
- a quartely summary of the ALADIN work (see home
