Strict rules for the registration of the manpower dedicated to ALADIN were defined in the appendix "F" of the 2nd MoU : it gives the guide lines of the commitment and the monitoring of manpower associated to the ALADIN Project. More concrete details can be found in the Minutes of the working group on ALADIN participation meeting held in Brussels on 18th March 2001.

The 3rd MoU defines also "in-kind" contributions i.e. corresponding in general to consortium-level tasks : work benefiting to the whole ALADIN project and organised in order to be recognised and used by the whole ALADIN project.

An http interface tool has been developped by Météo-France to register the actions following the guidelines of the 2nd and the 3rd MoU.

The ALADIN correspondants are kindly asked to register the participation for ALADIN that took place in THEIR country : it is not worth registrating what people from your team did outside your country ... this will appear twice in the database and I will remove it; on the contrary, one should register all actions for ALADIN in his/her country either done by people from his/her team (type of form "home") or done by visitors, "stagiaires" ... (type of form "stay").
Statistics have been computed with the last registered participations and are on line.
