There were also discussions at the end of the Friday morning, resulting
mainly in the definition of 4 discussion groups :
WG on shared code aspects,
WG on geometry,
WG on physics interface and
WG on new numerical experiments
Some diffusion lists have been created in Toulouse (alaXXXX++at++meteo.fr), respectively :

alageo
alainter
alaexp
A preliminary list of possible interested people (both in HIRLAM and in
ALADIN) in each working group was proposed during the final discussion
of the training course. Other persons were added later.
These lists are "majordomo" ones.
Subscribing to/Removing from a majordomo mailing list is very easy.
For subscribing to the above mentioned lists, please send an e-mail to
majordomo++at++cadillac.meteo.fr with the following text in the body of the e-mail :
subscribe name-of-list email-address
You can also check in what lists you have already subscribed (or you
have already been subscribed) with the command "which" in the body of
the e-mail (the subject of the message does not matter).
For exemple, using :
which pierre.toto++at++meteo.fr
you will know the lists pierre.toto have previously subscribed (or have been
subscribed)
If you ever want to remove yourself from one of the mailing lists, you
can send mail to majordomo++at++cadillac.meteo.fr with the following command in the
body of your email message:
unsubscribe name-of-list email-address
For these public lists, the owner of the list is told about any
subscription or unsubscription.
Of course, you can also contact Patricia Pottier at Meteo-France to subscribe
or remove somebody to these lists.
