During the General Assembly Diner
the Directory of the Royal Meteorological Institute of Belgium
received the following fax :
Mr. Director,
We have found out that a strange meeting is going on at 500 meter of
your
institute by an organisation that is working in the grey zone and France
seems to play a central role. They are downscaling peace and breeding
perturbations. We do not exclude that there is some doping involved.
Fortunately also the French security is following their activities and
they
asked their special agent located in Prague to attend the meeting and
resist.
Take contact with J.F.G.! If you are aware of this meeting, don't let
the
participants leave Belgium without taking their microphysical profiles.
This fax should be destroyed after reading publicly.
