It contains :
CLOSER function :

-For a projection P_PJ (projection type structure - see eggpack)
-For a mesh (resolution sizes RDEL - ONX,ONY)
-With reference domain (Center P_CEN, numbers of points P_NBP - ONX,ONY) to have a position of a
reference point on the mesh (on grid or half grid)
-with the proposal of a domain (Center CD - approximative value, numbers of points NBP) on the same
mesh with the same projection
The routine computes the center of the expected domain ( CCD,NBP)
We must use the center, numbers of points of two domains to know
the position of the grid and the position of the expected center on it.
=> NB : its possible to do another routine with position of the grid defined by a point
on this grid, but in general case we know the center of a domain associated with a grid,
so to use it we must know its relative position to the grid. It the reasons of the use of
pair (Center, Numbers of points) because center can be on the grid or on middle of grid.
=> NB : if NBP%ONX=NBP%ONY=1 or not given (optional parameter) then
this routine computes the nearest point CCD of a CD given point on a grid (projection P_PJ)
with position defined by pair (Center P_CEN, numbers of points P_NBP - ONX,ONY).

CLOSER_FROM_SWNE function :

Gives the max numbers of points of a subdomain (CEN,PDL,P_PJ) of a domain (P_NBP,P_CEN,P_PDL,P_PJ).
LIMIT_PDL function :

Gives the max resolution of a subdomain (CEN,NBP,P_PJ) of a domain (P_NBP,P_CEN,P_PDL,P_PJ).
