Harmonization between Arpege/Ifs and Aladin for the management of the spectral
filters applied to "derivatives" : the logical switch LFPFIL for Arpege/Ifs
is replaced by LFPBED (common to Arpege/Ifs and Aladin) ; the tunable parameters
for the "THX" filter (NFPWID,RFPEPS) are replaced by RFPBED (common to
Arpege/Ifs and Aladin) with default value equal roughly to 3.08 to reproduce
the previous values.
