 Synopsis:
 
 First two legs of the flight went as planned.  A decision was made to 
turn directly from point 13 to point 18 due to fuel constraints.  
Drops 14 and 15 were moved to between these two points.  Gander allowed 
FL 370 for drops 2 and 3.  However, drop 2 was deployed during the climb,
at FL 345.  Drops 20 and 21 were not allowed due to traffic below us.  
Drop 8 did not record data and drop 7 did not record winds.
