Issues related to all run outputs, except data
My job output is very short and non-informative
If your job output is that short, and begins with a line like “#MTOOL include files=epilog.step,banner.end”, this means that "mtool_grip.pl", the tool which assembles steps outputs, is not in your PATH.
This happens only iff :
- you run on tori or yuki, and
- you do not source cm_setup in your .profile (see Setting your environment), and
- you do not have e.g. “ mrpm631/public/mtool-1.0.1/bin” in you PATH on toritx (or any other path with mtool_grip)
