34th EWGLAM & 19th SRNWP joined meetings, 08-11/10/2012, Helsinki, Finland
The Finland Meteorological Institute will host the 34th European Working Group on Limited-Area Modelling (EWGLAM) and 19th Short Range NWP (SRNWP) meetings, in Helsinki, from Monday 8 to Thursday 11,2012.
An ALADIN LTM meeting will be organised besides this meeting (tentative schedule : Tuesday 9, 17:00-20:00).
There is now a dedicated EWGLAM/SRNWP 2012 website that provides up-to-date information about the programme, registration and hotel accommodation at http://en.ilmatieteenlaitos.fi/srnwp2012 .
Registration should be done before 15 July through the electronic webrobol registration form (at the bottom of the webpage). The block reservation for hotel accommodation is open until 17 September.
Participants are kindly asked to send their proposal for a scientific presentation to the contact person of the thematic session of interest. Names can be found in the registration form.
